Dear %salu%,
 It's
beautiful to see kids laughing, dancing, and playing games in a country
where telephone poles hang at odd angles because they've been hit by
RPG's and bullets. You can't help but see the image of God in
their smiles.
This
little girl (right) was born during one of the ugliest civil wars of the last
century. But Liberia is now emerging from the nightmare of its recent
past, and for five days, she forgot how poor she is. She played
group games on the yellow team, and got to just be a kid at the Orphan
Youth Conference in December.
You
were a part of making that happen. Thank you for sharing our
mission to care for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of
orphans around the world. Providing for these kids is an
incredible joy for me and I hope it is for you as well.
There
are more children out there that need our help. I'm looking
forward to continuing to work with you to give them hope and a future
in Christ.
