Dear
%salu%,

Have
you been reading the news about Burma (also called Myanmar)? People are
outraged about the brutality that the military government has shown the
protestors, especially the Buddhist monks. And they should be outraged.
But most people don't realize that
this government has done much more
terrifying things to the ethnic minorities and Christians in the
country for decades.
This little girl lives in a refugee camp with 8,000 other people
because the Burmese military burned down her village, destroyed her
family's farm, and killed hundreds in her community.
I don't have the space here to tell you about all of the evil that this
government has been responsible for. I've provided some links to recent
news articles, websites, and videos below. Check them out. Then consider
helping us take care of the children who've
been orphaned
because of
the atrocities that this corrupt government has carried out against
innocent people.
God's Kids is one of the few Christian ministries
working to be the hands and feet of Jesus to these broken people.
Blessings,
