 Dion began his working life in 1980 at CWCI, a supplier to the commercial heating, ventilation & air conditioning industry (HVAC). After holding positions in the warehouse, estimating, and sales, he decided to build his own business in the industry. He started MSI HVAC in 1986, operating out of a garage in Anaheim, California, with two employees. Today, MSI has four locations in California and Nevada. MSI has a strong history of supporting various charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. After visiting a number of orphanages that he'd personally supported, Dion discovered that many of them lacked accountability and efficiency, and the children were suffering the consequences. He founded God's Kids in 2002 in response to the needs of orphans worldwide. His vision was to create an organization that would provide accountability to assure donors that their support was used for the purposes they intended, and to enable orphanages to better care for the children they serve. God has blessed this work, with God’s Kids now working with 16 orphanages in 4 countries. |
