In
an effort to raise up more children who know and love Jesus, God's Kids
supports four community centers in Mazatlan. The community centers
are run by Pastor Carlos Marinelarena and his wife, Marilu.
Pastor Carlos started the community centers as a way to reach out into the impoverished community. The four centers, on average, feed around 250 children each day. The kids walk to the center in their neighborhood every day to receive a nutritious meal. While they are there, the kids participate in bible studies and worship. They play games and fellowship together and learn about the love of Jesus.
The support they receive from God's Kids helps the centers pay for clean water, electricity, gas, food supplies, and other operating expenses.
It's exciting to see God working in the lives of these hungry children in Mazatlan.
